FastFassaad, a company offering façade work across Estonia, relies heavily on Google search for new inquiries. Given the seasonal nature of their work, competition in search engines is fierce. Every advertiser wants to appear at the top of the search results and drive customers to their website. This means the cost per click is often higher than average.
FastFassaad found itself in a situation where its advertising budget was increasing, but website traffic was decreasing. Since starting our collaboration with Nobel, FastFassaad’s website traffic has increased by 515% compared to the same period last year. At the same time the advertising spend has only risen by 10%. We achieved this cost-efficient growth by combining search ads with Google Display. We also used tools to manage the budget effectively, ensuring that their ads were shown to potential customers during peak demand.
Another great example of how even a small budget can yield big results is Random Impex, who wanted to advertise Ihasalu Retirement Home. However, their ad budget was very limited. We combined a targeted keyword strategy with real-time budget management. As a result, we spent only €186 on advertising but generated over 6,000 impressions and 509 website visits.
CHK, a company offering accounting and business services, is another of our clients. Like many B2B (business-to-business) clients, they experienced increased website traffic from their ads. Only a small portion of this traffic turned into inquiries. This was largely because much of the traffic came from private individuals or irrelevant leads.
Nobel reviewed the account’s keywords, analyzed actual search terms, and created a strong list of negative keywords. We also adjusted the ad texts to clearly emphasize their services and B2B focus. In addition to search ads, we used other Google channels, including retargeting. One key factor is analyzing campaign results with the client. Proactive discussions and regular meetings between the client, project manager, and digital marketing specialist help to continuously improve results.
As a result of our collaboration, CHK’s conversions grew by 474% year over year, even though the number of website visits remained the same. Interestingly, the CHK campaign didn’t just draw attention to the homepage. It also increased the number of visits to the contact page, indicating increased interest and potential client interaction.
